Collins-Maxwell Middle School Supply List 2024 - 2025

Personal Headphones/Earbuds
1, 5-subject spiral notebook OR 5 individual one-subject notebooks and folders
3 Dozen pencils (or lead if using mechanical)
2 Checking Pens (any color EXCEPT black)
Highlighters (any color)
Pencil Case
Basic Calculator (6th & 7th only)
Scientific Calculator (8th only)
1 pkg. 3x5 Index Cards (100 ct)
Composition Notebook: 160 pgs, wide-ruled (7th & 8th only)
Water Bottle
2 Containers of Disinfectant Wipes (shared with all MS classrooms)
3 Boxes of Tissues (shared with all MS classrooms)
Athletic shoes, clothing, and deodorant for P.E.
Items normally shared in the classroom but may want your own this year:
- Post-it notes (8th grade)
- Colored Pencils
- Scissors

Supplies will need to be replenished as the year goes on.

Classes are listed by department/subject area.
DMACC class supplies will not be available until the start of those courses in August
If a class has no supplies listed after it, then all supplies for that class are included in the General Supplies.
Senior’s Only: 1” Solid Colored Binder (may purchase protective plastic cover sheets if desired for Capstone binder)
