Collins-Maxwell CSD Sets District Goals

At the November 20 School Board meeting, the board approved a set of district goals to help us continue to meet our mission of preparing responsible individuals for the future through academics and social experiences.

Goals

Excellence in Student Success

• Ensure that all students show growth (PK-12th grade)
• By May 2025, 80% of students in grades K-5th will be proficient in FAST Assessments
• By May 2025, 80% of students in grades 6th-12th will be proficient in ELA ISASP Assessments
• By May 2025, 70% of students in grades 6th-12th will be proficient in Math ISASP Assessments

District Culture

• Recruit, develop, and maintain an overall high-quality staff
• Students show "Spartan Pride" by being supported and connected through PBIS (PK-5th grade) and character development (6th-12th grade)
• Continue strong communication between all stakeholders

Maintain Strong Financial Health

• Manage resources to keep district facilities and programming updated
• Maintain technology to support students and staff
• Ensure that fiscal spending aligns with district goals
